My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Parker, the community manager, who was very welcoming and a great host as he gave us a tour of the property. Parker was very honest and upfront about everything that goes on in the apartment complex. We had some issues with the application process and had to call him several times to get clarity. He was very patient and willing to take all the necessary time to explain everything. We really appreciated that. He gets 5 out of 5 stars for the way he took care of us. He is one of the main reasons we are very interested in signing a lease. Also, we wanted to say the whole complex is outstanding. From the workout room to the general sitting areas inside and outside, this is a first-class community that we highly recommend. We canât wait to move in. Thank you, Parker, for the wonderful service! You rock! â â â â â

Recently helped move one of my kiddos in here. I was shocked at how helpful the manager (Parker) was not only through the application process, but also on day of move in! The apartment and area is beautiful, but itâs more impressive to find such great customer service these days. 100% recommend Canyon View!

Would highly recommend Canyon View. We loved the property when we toured and coordinating the lease was seamless. Management is highly responsive and flexible. Also, they helped us through a wifi issue on move-in day. The property is super clean and we love the apartment!
